Description

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting

• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and field coordination to ensure seamless execution

• Partner closely with superintendents to maintain safety, quality, and productivity

• Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

• Drive project closeout, turnover, and client satisfaction

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects

• Strong understanding of project management processes, scheduling, and cost control

• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and communicate effectively

• Experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, education, or mission-critical projects is a plus

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
