Description

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee daily construction activities
• Monitor job progress and ensure completion according to project requirements
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment, addressing hazards promptly
• Lead and manage field staff and trade partners, including staffing and quality inspections
• Handle procurement of materials and troubleshoot schedule and design conflicts
• Create and update project schedules, including logic relationships between activities
• Maintain daily job site work records
• Facilitate effective communication among project partners
• Resolve project issues quickly and professionally, taking responsibility and mobilizing resources as needed

Profile

• 4+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
• OSHA certified
• Experience leading and scheduling
• Experience with trade work (preferred)
• Experience within tenant improvement projects (preferred)
