The superintendent plays a vital role in my client's team, providing leadership to field staff and ensuring timely completion of work to uphold their commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and supervising all on-site work from project initiation to final completion.

Description
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee daily construction activities
- Monitor job progress and ensure completion according to project requirements
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment, addressing hazards promptly
- Lead and manage field staff and trade partners, including staffing and quality inspections
- Handle procurement of materials and troubleshoot schedule and design conflicts
- Create and update project schedules, including logic relationships between activities
- Maintain daily job site work records
- Facilitate effective communication among project partners
- Resolve project issues quickly and professionally, taking responsibility and mobilizing resources as needed
Profile
- 4+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
- OSHA certified
- Experience leading and scheduling
- Experience with trade work (preferred)
- Experience within tenant improvement projects (preferred)
