I'm partnered with the CFO at an exciting and growing multi-million-dollar manufacturing organization located near Chicago Heights, IL and they are looking for an Assistant Controller to join their team. Their biggest clients are brands that we recognize in everyday life and are offering professional growth internally or at one of their many other subsidiaries under their parent umbrella!

Description
- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, collections, sales tax reporting, and royalty reporting
- Manage the monthly financial close process for the multiple operating companies
- Oversee the corporate consolidation and consolidated reporting package
- Coordinate the financial audit
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and related budget reporting analysis
- Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience
- Distribution/manufacturing industry experience
- ERP system experience
