Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee healthcare-focused projects in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex construction from pre-construction through closeout.

Description
Manage healthcare facility construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
Ensure compliance with safety, health regulations, and building codes
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams
Lead site meetings, monitor progress, and handle risk management
Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Proven track record delivering healthcare or hospital-related construction
Strong knowledge of New York City building codes and healthcare compliance standards
Experience with budgeting, scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
