Profile

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

• A strong background in engineering, preferably within the industrial / metals manufacturing space.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Proven experience in project management and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in an engineering capacity.
• 5+ years of management experience.
