Description

✔ Oversee all field operations and manage site teams from start to finish
✔ Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols
✔ Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
✔ Maintain quality control and uphold company standards
✔ Lead progress meetings and provide reporting to project stakeholders

Profile

✅ Experience as a Superintendent in commercial and/or multifamily construction
✅ Proven track record of managing large-scale, ground-up projects
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Knowledge of scheduling software (Procore, P6, MS Project, etc.)
✅ Commitment to safety and quality excellence
