Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee project schedules and adjust as needed to maintain timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and provide solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project success.
