Description
The Assistant Project Manager - High End Residential:
- Assist in planning and managing construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Support the Project Manager in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets required specifications.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.
