Construction Project Coordinator/Administrator - NJ
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to oversee and manage administrative functions for our construction projects. This role involves coordinating between project teams and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met to keep projects on track.

This Mahwah based client has been around for over 25 years specializing in high end construction, general contracting, and design build services throughout Manhattan and its surrounding neighborhoods.
Description
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate communication between project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Track project budgets and schedules, preparing regular status reports and assisting with forecasting.
- Handle procurement processes, including ordering materials and managing inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies by maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using CAD/drawings and blueprints
- Estimating/Pre-Construction experience preferred
Job Offer
- competitive base salary: $60,000 - $80,000
