Lead Superintendent - $100M Multifamily Project

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a large-scale, ground-up multifamily project in Delray Beach valued at up to $100M. This individual will lead field operations from preconstruction through final delivery while managing multiple on-site teams.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for a $100M+ ground-up multifamily development

• Manage and coordinate superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field staff

• Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and site safety programs

• Ensure all work is executed in compliance with contract documents, code requirements, and quality standards

• Conduct daily site meetings and regular progress reporting to project leadership

• Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain schedule and budget

• Enforce safety policies and cultivate a best-in-class safety culture on site

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale ground-up multifamily projects

• Proven track record leading projects valued at $50M-$100M+

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large field teams

• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and scheduling

• OSHA certification strongly preferred

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Local South Florida experience is a plus
