We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Superintendent to oversee a large-scale $100M multifamily project in Delray Beach, FL. This individual will be responsible for leading field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of the project.

Description

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for a large-scale multifamily project.

• Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality control benchmarks to achieve project goals.

• Serve as the primary on-site liaison with project managers, owners, and inspectors.

• Resolve field challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining project momentum.

Profile

• 10+ years of superintendent experience with a proven track record delivering multifamily projects of $100M or larger.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams and multiple subcontractors.

• Expertise in scheduling, safety enforcement, and quality control.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.

• Experience working with leading developers and ownership groups on high-profile projects.

Job Offer
