Description

  • Assist two Project Managers on active developments:
  • - 160-unit townhome community
  • - 300+ unit townhome and multifamily project
  • Collaborate with the development team on design and preconstruction efforts for upcoming projects, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of development.
  • Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support site visits and field coordination, traveling as needed to project locations:
  • Virginia/Maryland sites: 1-2 times per week
  • North Carolina sites: 1-2 times per month
  • Work closely with senior leadership to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

Profile

  • 2+ years of construction experience
      (can currently be a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager).
  • Multifamily project experience is required, ideally on developments of 150+ units.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel regularly to project sites in VA/MD (weekly) and NC (monthly).
