• Assist in budgeting and schematic leveling throughout the design phase
• Collaborate with the design team to develop drawings
• Work closely with the Preconstruction Executive & Director to refine project details
• Support negotiated projects (minimal estimating required)
• Transition projects to the operations team for execution

Profile

• 2-5 years of preconstruction & budgeting experience
• Background in multifamily, senior living, or high-rise commercial projects
• Strong ability to work with design teams and understand project development
• Experience with negotiated projects preferred
