The Project Manager - $20M-60M Ground-Up Commercial Projects- Raleigh will be responsible for:
Lead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to final closeout, ensuring quality and successful delivery at every phase
Manage project schedules to consistently meet key milestones and deadlines
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth project execution
Provide exceptional client service through clear communication and reliable results, building trust and positive feedback
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with internal teams and external partners
Profile
The Project Manager - $20M-60M Ground-Up Commercial Projects- Raleigh should have:
Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
Proven success managing ground-up healthcare construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Proficient with project management software
Strong understanding of industry practices and standards that impact project success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients, subcontractors, and teams
Business-minded professional who represents the company with integrity
Raleigh-area candidates preferred; relocation considered for the right fit
