Description

• Oversee and manage preconstruction efforts for high-rise/tower projects
• Lead budgeting, estimating, and value engineering processes
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to align project goals
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior preconstruction staff
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy in the preconstruction phase

Profile

• Experience in preconstruction or estimating, with proven high-rise/tower project experience
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and pricing
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Offer

• Salary: $115,000 - $135,000
