Preconstruction Manager
An employee-owned national general contractor that is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong background working on high-rise or tower projects.

Description
- Oversee and manage preconstruction efforts for high-rise/tower projects
- Lead budgeting, estimating, and value engineering processes
- Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to align project goals
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior preconstruction staff
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy in the preconstruction phase
Profile
- Experience in preconstruction or estimating, with proven high-rise/tower project experience
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and pricing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Offer
- Salary: $115,000 - $135,000
