Operations Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Recruiter to join our growing team at a fast-paced meal prep food distribution company. This role is critical to scaling our operations and ensuring we have the right talent in place to meet our daily delivery and warehouse demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruiting for hourly roles, including drivers, warehouse associates, and production staff.

Description

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly operations roles (drivers, warehouse staff, packers, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
• Coordinate and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies
• Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reporting on hiring progress
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in logistics, food distribution, or manufacturing
• Proven success in high-volume, hourly recruiting
• Experience hiring CDL/non-CDL drivers, warehouse associates, and production staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
