Production Planner
The production planner will be responsible for ensuring the production process runs efficiently in order to meet customer deadlines and forecasts. They also work cross functionally on the production floor to improve production schedules for various different SKUs to ensure on time delivery is met.

Description
- Create and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and available resources.
- Ensure that production targets, deadlines, and order deadlines are met while minimizing delays.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely ordering of materials to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor the production process to identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Track production progress and provide regular updates to management on production status, including any issues that might impact timelines.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to production efficiency, waste, downtime, and any other key performance indicators (KPIs).
