Senior Paralegal
The Senior Paralegal will provide high-level support to attorneys and senior paralegals within the Sales & Trading division, which includes Equities, Fixed Income, and Prime Brokerage. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Review Prospectuses, Registration Statements, and related filings for equity transactions; track approvals and maintain documentation.
- Prepare Prime Brokerage agreements and ISDA documentation.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance filing requirements.
- Maintain accurate group records and document management systems.

Profile
A successful Senior Paralegal should have:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
- Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive and responsive to internal client needs; able to follow up to ensure timely execution.
- Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- 5+ years as a corporate paralegal (law firm or in-house), ideally within financial services.
- Familiarity with DocuSign, DataStore, Hummingbird/E-Docs, or similar systems.
- Experience with Sales & Trading documentation, including prospectuses, restrictive stock, Rule 144, Regulation F, and equity trading agreements.
