Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our dynamic North Jersey team. You'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction-ensuring on-time, on-budget, and LEED-compliant delivery of exterior envelope scopes.

Description

• Manage day-to-day project operations from pre-construction through close-out
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams to ensure seamless execution
• Enforce safety and quality control protocols across project sites
• Maintain LEED documentation and ensure compliance with green building requirements
• Work closely with clients, architects, and general contractors to resolve issues and keep projects aligned with scope and schedule
• Report regularly on project status, budget forecasts, and potential risks
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Promote and model our company values and positive team culture on every project

Profile

• 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in exterior envelope systems (e.g., curtain wall, cladding, roofing, waterproofing)
• Strong knowledge of LEED certification requirements and green building practices
• Proven success in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Job Offer

• Base salary between $100,000 and $140,000.
• 15-20% annual bonus payout
• $600/month car allowance
• All travel expenses paid by company
