Project Manager - St. Louis - Owners Representative

We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in the construction sector to oversee and drive project success from inception to completion. This role is based in St. Louis and requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Description

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Potentially a few days of travel per month.
• Working closely with both owners and contractors.
• Initially expected in office but will be flexible down the line.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project requirements and objectives.
• Supervise project teams and ensure clear communication across all levels.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee procurement processes and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and address potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
• 10-15 years of cradle to grave construction experience.
• Preconstruction background.
• Construction related degree.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks during project execution.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
