Project Engineer - Multi-Family/Adaptive Re-Use Projects

We are seeking a Project Engineer with 0-2 years of experience in commercial construction to join our growing team in Chicago. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on Adaptive Reuse projects, transforming historic and existing structures into vibrant new spaces. You'll gain hands-on experience while supporting Project Managers and Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle.

Description

• Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
• Provide technical support and maintain accurate project records.

Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in commercial construction (Adaptive Reuse experience a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
