Construction Senior PM / PX - Healthcare and Academic - RI
Family-owned General Contractor is actively looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on Healthcare & Academic projects up to $25M throughout Rhode Island - Also looking for a PX to oversee PMs.

Family owned, General Contractor, in business over 50 years. Specializing in everything from Preconstruction/Project Planning, Design-Build, Construction Management, & General Contracting.
Licensed and operating in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Their portfolio includes Healthcare, Academic, Commercial, Residential, and Historical work. Values ranging up to $25M.

Description
The SPM is responsible for:
- Completing projects on time and within budget
- Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
- Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
- Positive client feedback/satisfaction
- Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties
The PX is responsible for:
- Managing client relationships
- Overseeing overall project progress, delivery and Project Manager performance
- Delivering on all aspects of project financial management
- Supporting business development activities
- Building and managing an effective PM Team
Profile
The right SPM candidate has the following qualifications:
- Healthcare, Bio-tech, or Academic project experience (required)
- 5+ years of PM experience with a General Contractor (required)
- 3+ years of experience managing construction project financial controls and project schedules
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- Familiarity with project financials - invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting
- OSHA 30
- Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
The right PX candidate has the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in construction, including project management and cost estimating
- Demonstrated experience in commercial construction business operations
- Prior experience managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project management software
- OSHA 30 certification
- Proficient in project financial management
- Advanced proficiency in project estimating, project delivery, and project schedule management
- Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
Job Offer
The candidate will receive:
- Senior Project Manager up to $160K
- PX up to $180K
