Process Quality Auditor - Manufacturing - Beverly, MA
The Quality Process Auditor will lead ISO and IATF audits, focusing on Electric Vehicle and Automotive quality standards to support a growing Division within a Fortune 200 company. This role involves building audit processes, facilitating local quality training, and establishing certifications critical to expansion in the transportation sector at their Peabody, MA facility.

Description
The Quality Process Auditor will:
- Conduct and evaluate process audits to verify adherence to established manufacturing criteria and key process monitors.
- Review technical documentation, specifications, and contracts during process audits to ensure conformity.
- Coordinate audit efforts for documented engineering procedures, sharing results with management.
- Compile reports on audit findings, defend outcomes, and assist with corrective measures as needed.
- Investigate issues and manage corrective action programs, including Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR).
- Lead root cause analysis and develop corrective/preventive actions, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure company practices align with ISO and IATF standards through regular audits and documentation.
- Audit manufacturing systems to confirm quality procedures are effectively developed and implemented.
- Create audit checklists based on contracts, regulations, and internal procedures for comprehensive compliance checks.
- Serve as an internal auditor for the Quality Management System, ensuring process alignment with work instructions, material tolerances, packaging standards, and ISO/IATF guidelines.
- Identify improvement opportunities and conduct root cause analysis, reporting insights to senior management.
- Document audit findings in tracking systems and maintain organized records.
- Support all safety, environmental, and quality policies within the facility.

Profile
- ISO Standards Knowledge: Understanding of ISO standards, particularly experience with auditing against process standards and specifications.
- IATF Familiarity (Preferred): IATF 16949 experience is a plus but not required; the client is willing to train in this area.
- Process Adherence: Strong ability to follow, monitor, and enforce established processes and protocols.
- Accountability and Corrective Action: Skilled at identifying deviations, compliance, implementing corrective actions, and holding individuals accountable.
- Systems and Controls Focus: Experience with roles centered on quality systems, controls, and process establishment.
- Relevant Role Experience: Suitable backgrounds include Quality Auditors, Quality Technicians, Quality Analysts, Quality Engineers, or Manufacturing Engineers with quality experience.
