Key Responsibilities
Project Support: Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
Document Control: Prepare, organize, and maintain essential project documents, including contracts, submittals, change orders, and meeting notes.
Communication and Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Site Monitoring: Conduct regular visits to project sites to review progress, confirm adherence to plans and safety protocols, and identify potential issues.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project costs, support financial reporting, and help identify ways to optimize budgets.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify risks and challenges, collaborating with team members to develop and implement solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including design, estimating, and field teams, to achieve project objectives.

Profile
- multifamily or K-12 people that is preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving approach with a strong desire to grow and succeed.
