Controller
The Controller oversees the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, effective controls, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The position manages key finance functions, including Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Billing, and Accounts Receivable, with direct supervision of senior staff.

Description
- Oversee financial operations, including reporting, compliance, and audits, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and develop the finance team, providing leadership in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Prepare financial projections, support budgeting, and provide insights to leadership through analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate filings.
- Develop policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and adapt to evolving standards and best practices.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA or desire to pursue CPA
- Significant leadership experience in financial management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
