Description

The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will:

• Assist in managing daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to maintain effective communication.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all regulations.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and providing solutions to meet project goals.
• Support in scheduling and resource allocation for various project tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to track progress and identify potential challenges.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
