Retail Construction - Project Manager

Our client specializes in the construction of retail and restaurant facilities, delivering quality projects on time and within budget. Their team is committed to excellence in building efficient, modern, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. They are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee retail and restaurant construction projects in Dallas, Tx and surrounding areas.

Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects for retail and restaurant builds, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations and vision are met.
  • Manage change orders and resolve construction-related disputes efficiently.
  • Ensure projects meet quality control standards and align with company goals.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on retail and/or restaurant projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and personnel effectively.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and team development.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites within the region.

Job Offer

  • Competitive base salary between $115,000-$130,000 depending on project experience and skills
