Assistant Project Manager - Greenville, SC
A reputable and growing General Contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their Greenville team. This role is ideal for a motivated APM who wants hands‑on exposure to project delivery, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a full Project Manager.

Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support the resolution of any issues or challenges that arise during construction projects.
- Assist in managing procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations throughout all project phases.
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and safety standards.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
