Sr. Superintendent - Multifamily

A Senior Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. They manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, direct construction activities, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

We are a top ENR rated General Contractor who specializes in a variety projects such as Multifamily, commercial, OSHPD/healthcare. Currently we are seeking a Sr. Superintendent with an extensive background for our multifamily sector.

Description

• Meet weekly and communicate daily with construction subcontractors to assess construction project progress, schedule, changes and deliveries

• Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other construction project specific issues

• Attain a thorough and complete understanding of the Prime Contract, all subcontracts, the drawings, and specifications

• Enforce construction safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards

• Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots

• Communicate daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents and project coordinators to ensure progress toward the completion of the construction project

Profile

• Experience building 200+ unit multifamily projects, Ground Up, Wrap, Podium.
• A degree in a related field
• Software Proficiency in: Document Tracking System (DTS), Construction Information System (AccuTerm) operating system 20/20 and Subcontractor Analysis System (SAS), SureTrak, and Resource Focusing System.
• 10+ years of experience leading Multifamily projects
