Description

    • Manage luxury commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
    • Lead communication with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
    • Review drawings, manage RFIs and change orders, track milestones, and oversee procurement.
    • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to resolve field challenges and maintain flawless execution of finishes.
    • Run project meetings, maintain documentation, and uphold high standards of quality across all phases.
    • Represent the company as a polished, client‑facing leader committed to excellence.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing luxury commercial or high‑end corporate interior projects in NYC.
