- Manage luxury commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Lead communication with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, manage RFIs and change orders, track milestones, and oversee procurement.
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to resolve field challenges and maintain flawless execution of finishes.
- Run project meetings, maintain documentation, and uphold high standards of quality across all phases.
- Represent the company as a polished, client‑facing leader committed to excellence.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing luxury commercial or high‑end corporate interior projects in NYC.
- Strong understanding of interior sequencing, premium finishes, MEP coordination, and fast‑paced timelines.
- Polished communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sophisticated clients and design teams.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in solving problems and keeping projects moving.
