Consultant in CRM (Bilingual)

Description

• Implementation and customization of CRM systems
• Conducting data analysis to improve client services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM systems are effectively integrated
• Developing and maintaining project plans for CRM system upgrades
• Providing technical support to CRM system users
• Training staff on the use and functionalities of CRM systems
• Evaluating CRM system performance and making necessary improvements
• Staying current with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology
• Data Analytics
• Database Management
• MRA Database Construction
• Data Visualization
• Tool Development
• Other BAU Reports

Profile

• Master degree in relevant field
• 3+ years of working experience in relevant field
• Good programming skills: SQL, VBA, Python, MS Access, Qlik/Tableau
• Good communications skills: project management, presentation, reporting
• Work experience in the development department or data analysis department of Bank
• Understand Bank business, especially in the risk assessment filed
• Computer/Data Science related majors preferred
• Bilingual in Chinese and English highly preferred
