Healthcare Construction Superintendent - Springfield, MA
Our client, a mid-sized General Contractor based West of Boston is actively looking for a Superintendent to join their team and take the lead on large Commercial and Healthcare projects up to $35M throughout the Western, MA areas!
Client Details
Our client is a Mid-Sized General Contractor based West of Boston and place themselves among some of the top Healthcare General Contractors in the New England area. They serve in several markets including: Healthcare, Life Science, Public, Industrial, and General Commercial. Their projects range from $10M - $40M, both ground up and fit outs. They pride themselves on their company culture and prioritize the well being of all employees. They are working on a $20M Healthcare renovation local to Springfield, MA and this is for a first time client. They are hoping to deliver on this project and continue expansion into western, MA as the client has many other projects upcoming out that way that they expect to be awarded. This is a 24 month long project in Chicopee, Massachusetts that they are looking to staff, with plenty of projects upcoming afterwards.
Description
- Overseeing on-site daily project operations
- Generating daily project reports
- Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws
- Ensures Safety codes/regulations are followed by laborers and staff
Profile
- Holds a CSL
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
- Experience utilizing construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Experience successfully overseeing commercial/multifamily construction projects
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary up to $160,000 depending on experience
