Asset Manager (Industrial)
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the strategic and operational performance of a portfolio of Industrial and IOS assets. This individual will play a key role in driving asset-level execution, working cross-functionally with acquisitions, property management, leasing, and finance teams.

Description
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the strategic and operational performance of a portfolio of Industrial and IOS assets. This individual will play a key role in driving asset-level execution, working cross-functionally with acquisitions, property management, leasing, and finance teams.
Oversee leasing, operations, and capital improvements for a portfolio of industrial real estate assets.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute business plans and optimize performance.
Review lease proposals, evaluate tenant credit, and provide financial analysis to support leasing decisions.
Prepare detailed quarterly reporting, annual budgets, and business plans.
Support acquisitions and dispositions through due diligence, financial modeling, and transition oversight.
Manage third-party property management and leasing teams, ensuring alignment with asset goals.
Interface with lenders for compliance, lease approvals, and refinancing support.
Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
3-5+ years of direct experience in the industrial or IOS sector preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial modeling.
Experience with ARGUS and Yardi strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of outcomes.
Job Offer
Target Base: $120,000 -$140,000 + bonus structure
