Description
- Manage large-scale commercial ground up projects ($50M+)
- Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules
- Work closely with project management team, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic plans for successful project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Manage project budgets and financial performance
- Implement strategies to optimize project profitability
- Quality assurance & legal compliance
Profile
- 5+ years experience with a general contractor
- MUST have previous ground-up, large-scale commercial project experience
- Preference for candidates with manufacturing, light industrial project experience
- Preference for candidates with DESIGN/BUILD contract delivery experience
- 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study preferred
- Possess values of integrity, honesty, and self-improvement
- Strong leadership skills
- Professional business aptitude
- Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: AutoDesk, Onscreen Takeoff, REVIT
Job Offer
- Base salary 120-155K commensurate with experience
- Annual bonus target 20%
- $800/month vehicle allowance
- 401K with up to 10% employer contribution!
