Traveling Superintendent | QSR/Retail
Manage on site operations and personnel with direct responsibility for project schedule, sequence of construction, logistics, means & methods, safety, security, municipal inspections and quality assurance. Manage and mentor field personnel assigned to the project.

Description
- Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for project milestones.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges to minimize delays.
Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Strong experience in construction management within the retail, office, restaurant and multifamily industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in understanding construction blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
