Quality Manager

This Quality Manager role oversees the full Quality Management System, ensuring products and processes meet internal standards and customer expectations. You will lead quality control, testing, metrics, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Description

  • Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System.
  • Lead all Quality Control functions with direct oversight of inspectors and audit personnel.
  • Improve QC inspection methods and drive enhancements in testing procedures and equipment.
  • Build and track quality metrics, providing data‑driven insights to leadership.
  • Oversee product testing, failure analysis, corrective actions, and related quality investigations.
  • Reduce non‑conformances and drive facility‑wide improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving tools.

Profile

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • ASQ certifications (CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA) strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
  • 3+ years leading teams or managing quality functions.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.
