Interiors Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager specializing in interiors, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior construction projects. From planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and in-depth knowledge of interior construction processes.

We are a prominent construction firm specializing in high-end interior fit-outs for commercial and residential projects across NYC. With a reputation for delivering exceptional results, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our interior projects from concept to completion.
Description
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of interior construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and procurement of materials and resources.
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruptions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on interior projects.
- Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with NYC building codes.
