Project Manager - Corporate Interiors/Infrastructure - Boston
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple high-end commercial renovation projects, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relations while ensuring quality and risk management. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction and be proficient in project management software like Procore and Microsoft Office.

Description
Project Manager - Corporate Interiors and Infrastructure - Boston - Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project management for multiple commercial high-end renovation projects, including budget management, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and risk management.
- Read, understand, and apply complex construction documents for real estate projects.
- Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor project status by tracking schedules, submittals/RFI logs, and identifying open items, developing action plans as necessary.
- Implement change management routines, assess and make recommendations on change requests, secure client approvals, and issue change orders.
- Identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, and create risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to project management and team needs.
