Project Manager - Corporate Interiors/Infrastructure - Boston

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple high-end commercial renovation projects, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relations while ensuring quality and risk management. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction and be proficient in project management software like Procore and Microsoft Office.

Description

Project Manager - Corporate Interiors and Infrastructure - Boston - Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of project management for multiple commercial high-end renovation projects, including budget management, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and risk management.
  • Read, understand, and apply complex construction documents for real estate projects.
  • Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project status by tracking schedules, submittals/RFI logs, and identifying open items, developing action plans as necessary.
  • Implement change management routines, assess and make recommendations on change requests, secure client approvals, and issue change orders.
  • Identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, and create risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to project management and team needs.

Profile

Project Manager - Corporate Interiors and Infrastructure - Boston - Will have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
  • 5-10 years of experience working for a commercial general contractor
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Procore
  • Preferred experience in MS Project and Timberline
