Description

Responsibilities:

• Support process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and data-driven methods
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, tooling, and process enhancements
• Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation and quality plans
• Provide technical support to production teams to resolve process or product issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with investment casting processes is highly preferred
• Proficient in statistical quality tools (e.g., SPC, PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Skilled in CAD software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and analytical, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
