Description
Responsibilities:
- Support process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and data-driven methods
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, tooling, and process enhancements
- Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation and quality plans
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve process or product issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with investment casting processes is highly preferred
- Proficient in statistical quality tools (e.g., SPC, PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Skilled in CAD software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and analytical, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
