Medical Device - Facilities Manager - Ridgefield, CT

You'll manage all aspects of facility operations, including preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and safety compliance. This role combines leadership, vendor oversight, and strategic planning to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations.

Description

• Lead and develop the facilities team; manage contractors and vendors.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Manage renovations, space utilization, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop and track maintenance budgets and capital projects.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• OSHA certification or CSP desirable; trade certifications a plus.
• Experience managing complex building systems and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and support off-hours as needed.
