Description

The Senior Project Manager - Life Science Design Build will be responsible for:

• Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Identify and address potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns.
• Lead a team of project professionals, including project engineers and coordinators.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the project team.

Profile

The Senior Project Manager - Life Science Design Build should have:

• 12+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record of managing design build/life-science/industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and best practices
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience managing 3+ individuals
