Our client, a well-established Phoenix-based general contractor specializing in quick-serve restaurant construction, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up and remodel projects. Description
- Oversee the daily operations of ground-up and remodel quick-serve restaurant projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain efficiency.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and field teams.
Profile
✔️ Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (quick-serve restaurant experience preferred).
✔️ Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance.
✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
✔️ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔️ Experience with ground-up and/or tenant improvement (TI) projects is a plus.
