Senior Preconstruction Manager - Design Build Focus

Description
- Lead preconstruction strategy for Design-Build projects
- Oversee pursuits for mission critical and industrial work, including Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Light Industrial/Warehouse projects
- Drive estimating strategy and competitive positioning during pursuits
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and business development
- Mentor and help grow a high-performing estimating/preconstruction team
Profile
A successful Senior Preconstruction Manager - Design Build Focus should have:
- Extensive Design-Build preconstruction experience
- Background in mission critical, industrial, or related project types
- Proven leadership in preconstruction and pursuit environments
- Strong tenure and demonstrated career progression with previous employers
Job Offer
Salary: $145,000-$180,000 base
- 20-30% annual bonus target
- $850/month vehicle allowance
- 3 weeks PTO + 5 sick days
- Strong backlog with long-term growth and advancement potential
