Buyer/ Planner

Description
- Manage purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to optimize quality and pricing.
- Plan inventory levels to meet production schedules while minimizing carrying costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and address supply chain requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement performance and cost savings to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department.

Profile
A successful Buyer/Planner should have:
- A strong understanding of procurement and supply chain principles within the business services industry.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts effectively.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools to streamline operations.
- Excellent analytical skills to forecast demand and manage inventory levels efficiently.

Job Offer
