Project Manager- Custom Homes

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up luxury residential projects valued up to $10M in Fort Lauderdale. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the chance to deliver high-end, architecturally distinctive homes from concept through completion.

Description

• Manage all phases of custom home construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Lead progress meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout each phase of construction.

• Oversee procurement, permitting, and change order management.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up residential construction, specifically luxury or custom homes.

• Proven track record managing projects in the $5M-$10M+ range.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

• A keen eye for design, craftsmanship, and detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
