Project Manager- Custom Homes
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up luxury residential projects valued up to $10M in Fort Lauderdale. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the chance to deliver high-end, architecturally distinctive homes from concept through completion.

Description
Manage all phases of custom home construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Lead progress meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout each phase of construction.
Oversee procurement, permitting, and change order management.
Profile
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up residential construction, specifically luxury or custom homes.
Proven track record managing projects in the $5M-$10M+ range.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
A keen eye for design, craftsmanship, and detail.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
