Project Manager- Luxury Custom Homes
The Project Manager will oversee ground-up construction of high-end custom homes in Boca Raton and surrounding South Florida markets. This role is responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule are consistently met.

They have built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-term relationships with elite architects, designers, and discerning homeowners.
Description
Manage all phases of ground-up custom home construction from preconstruction through final turnover
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control systems
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, and ownership teams
Lead estimating, buyout, contract administration, and change order management
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes
Conduct regular site meetings and provide detailed progress reporting to ownership
Proactively resolve construction issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up custom residential projects in South Florida
Proven experience managing luxury custom homes from start to finish
Strong knowledge of local permitting processes, codes, and inspections
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders in a high-end client-facing environment
Proficient in project management and construction software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
