Senior Construction Estimator
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and budgets for various contract types. This position involves working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success.

Description
- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for material, labor, equipment, subcontracts, and construction facilities.
- Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and analyze quotes for best value.
- Attend pre-bid conferences and site visits.
- Ensure compliance with specifications and contract statements of work.
- Utilize historical data for accurate pricing and input data into estimating software.
- Manage project bid status and prepare cost summaries.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of estimating experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. They should have the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and have a keen attention to detail.
