Description
The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will:
- Oversee all on-site activities during commercial construction projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to plans.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients.

Profile
A successful Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have:
- Proven experience in commercial construction project management and supervision.
