Description

The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will:

• Oversee all on-site activities during commercial construction projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to plans.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients.
