Senior Project Scheduler
My client is seeking a Senior Scheduler with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and at least 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry. This individual will play a leadership role within the scheduling department, providing mentorship and guidance to junior schedulers while supporting high-profile mixed commercial projects.

Description
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and executive leadership to ensure realistic timelines and accurate progress tracking.
- Provide reporting, schedule updates, and forecasts to support project delivery.
- Identify potential scheduling risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- Take ownership of the scheduling function, ensuring consistent processes and best practices across the company.
- Coach and mentor junior schedulers, fostering professional growth and consistency within the department.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of proven experience as a Planner/Scheduler, with no less than 3 years of consistent P6 scheduling experience. A background working with a GC on mixed commercial projects is highly preferred, and prior field experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent will set you apart. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills are essential, as this role requires both technical expertise and the ability to guide others within the team.
